Ciamara 30 Day In-Home Trial Program
At Ciamara, we know it can be difficult to make a purchase decision without hearing a component first. We believe the best way to demo equipment is in your system, in the comfort of your own home. We will help you with proper setup and configuration, to ensure you get the best possible performance. We are experts, and we are well-trained to assist you, 7 days per week.
- If you're interested in demoing a component, contact us to make arrangements. If we have your item in stock (or readily available from the manufacturer), we'll be happy to lend it to you for up to 30 days.
- Payment for the full value of the component must be made up front.
- If you are unhappy with a component, please contact our sales and engineering staff for assistance. Most of the time, issues can be resolved through troubleshooting the setup and/or configuration.
- If after troubleshooting you are still unsatisfied with a component, we will ask you for detailed feedback so we can recommend another component that better meets your needs.
- If we are unable to find a component that works for you, we will refund your purchase.
The Fine Print:
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) and must be shipped back to our Returns Center in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a RA #, which must be obtained by email or phone. Please write your RA# on the shipping label (not the product box). Failure to do this will delay the processing of your return.
- We recommend sending your return package via FedEx or UPS so it can be insured and tracked (this is especially important with heavy, fragile, and expensive items). Ciamara is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
- Exchanges and refunds are subject to inspection by Ciamara. Please allow up to 14 days following receipt at our facility for refunds to be processed. Components must be returned in their original packaging, in like-new condition, with all accessories, manuals and add-ons. If you register a product, your item is no longer returnable. No exceptions.
- If your return is deemed acceptable after inspection, Ciamara will apply 100% of the purchase price towards an Exchange. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We may, at our sole discretion, waive a restocking fee, but only for store credit to be used towards future purchases.
- Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
- Shipping/handling costs are the client's responsibility. Ciamara will absorb shipping costs only in the case of defective merchandise.
- Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day trial period has ended. If you need to make special arrangements, or request an extension, please contact us prior to the expiration of your 30-day window.
