Standard Shipping Policy
Ciamara will ship products anywhere in the United States – this includes Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders received by 5PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are processed the same day, and ship within 24-48 hours. Please contact us for large freight items or expedited shipping requests.
Ciamara offers free FedEx Ground shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of $99.00 USD or more. Delivery time via FedEx Ground to any of the 50 U.S. states is typically 3 to 5 business days.
Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the shipping address.
Please note that we ship from multiple locations throughout the U.S. Therefore, delivery times and shipping locations may vary per item. If your order is time sensitive or have any questions on turnaround time, please contact our support team so that we can coordinate with you.
Faster shipping options are also available for most items, including FedEx next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs will vary — select your desired upgrade during the checkout process or call Customer Care (1-844-CIAMARA) for more information.
Expedited Shipping is not available for large or heavy items requiring special shipping or items shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.
Ciamara Shipping Options
FedEx Ground – Free within continental U.S. on orders over $99.00 USD. U.S. only. Generally 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery by the end of the business day depending on your location.
FedEx Express Saver® – U.S. only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.
FedEx 2Day® – U.S. only. Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
FedEx Standard Overnight® – U.S. only (Hawaii service outbound only). Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
FedEx Priority Overnight® – U.S. only. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m., or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
Signature Options for Delivery – A signature is always required to confirm delivery. Customers who choose to waive the required signature agree to take full responsibility for the package should it be lost, stolen or damaged.
APO/FPO Addresses and Other U.S. Territories
Ciamara will ship to APO/FPO addresses provided FedEx will deliver to the desired location and a signature can be provided upon delivery. To confirm if shipment is available, please contact a Customer Care representative.
• We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used for the order, as the international banks will not provide us with alternate shipping information verification.
• Ciamara will ship products to countries outside of the United States where permissible by law and where allowed by the manufacturers we represent.
• All international orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise noted.
• International shipping charges are not quoted real-time on our website. Once the order is received in our office we will contact you via email with available shipping options and rates.
• Ciamara is not responsible for any fees associated with refused or unclaimed packages. Refused or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
• Products sold by Ciamara carry a manufacturer's USA warranty only. Please check with the manufacturer directly to see if warranty coverage is available in your area prior to purchasing with us.
• All international orders have a 30 day money back guarantee. The international customer must contact us within the first 30 days to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). The international customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to Ciamara.
• All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the original documents, cables, remotes, etc. within 14 business days of obtaining a return merchandise authorization to receive a full refund. Items returned in any condition other than “new” may be subject to a restocking fee.
• All shipping charges, VAT, duties, brokerage fees, etc. are not refundable.
• If the customer fails to return the item in the original condition or if any of the original documents, box, packing material, remote, hardware, etc. are missing this may delay the refund and the customer may be charged the cost of the missing item(s).
