TeamViewer Application for Remote Support

In certain instances, you may require remote support from Ciamara or one of our partners to help set up and configure your machine, or to correct issues that may have caused your machine to stop functioning as expected.

To enable us to “tunnel into” your machine, you must be connected to the internet. Please visit TeamViewer and download and run the free TeamViewer application prior to a support call, if requested to do so.

Once TeamViewer is launched, you will need to provide us with the ID and Password for the session (as pictured below). This will allow us to see and control your computer for the duration of the session. After quitting TeamViewer, the connection will be dropped and we will no longer be able to see your machine.
