In order to use a Weiss Firewire interface, such as the INT202, the DAC202 or the Medea+ with the Firewire option, you will need to download and install the Weiss Firewire drivers. You can find the Weiss Firewire drivers on the installation CD provided with your hardware. However, we recommend that you download and install the latest drivers from the Weiss Website. Follow this link to the Weiss High End Website, and navigate to the Downloads section. You may be required to Register or Log In to gain access to the Downloads section. Scroll down to the section that corresponds to your device and download the appropriate driver. If in doubt as to which driver to use, please Contact Us.
After you have downloaded and installed the driver, restart your machine and launch Audio MIDI Setup to configure your device for sound output. For further instructions on how to configure Audio MIDI Setup, please see Audio MIDI Setup tutorial.
