Most orders received by 5PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship the same day. Large freight items or expedited orders must be received by Noon ET to ship the same day. We want you to enjoy the items you purchase from Ciamara. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are complete and like new within 60 days of receiving your order. For complete details and exceptions, please see our return policy

We recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call our Customer Care line at 1-844-CIAMARA. If an order is canceled there will be a standard 10% restocking fee. Many orders ship within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping.

Ciamara’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Ciamara will never fully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer's permission. We do have partners who assist us with fulfillment and shipping, and in those cases, those partners receive a name and shipping address so they can process and ship orders accordingly.
